The Tenuta Beltrame production is concentrated on a few vine varieties, which produces healthy and full of fragrances grapes in our terroir. The basic line consists of 4 red and 4 white wines, besides 5 selections of wines, which are refined in steel and wood barrels.

The grapes are hand-harvested from the vineyard and then brought, in small crates, to the soft pressing. This process distinguishes our whole production and leads to our basic whites: fragrant, mineral, elegant and of great naturalness.

Red Wines

Every place is different from the other; here the microclimate allows the grapes to ripen longer taking on those particular flavours that give to the wine a so pleasant taste. From the Pinot Noir, fragrant and elegant, to the full-bodied and intense Refosco dal Peduncolo Rosso, our reds satisfy a wide range of palates and allow you to find always the right gastronomic combination.

SELECTIONS AND RESERVES

Vigna Augusta

Born to become great. These wines, after a careful processing on the grapes, harvested in the countryside, and the fermentation in steel, rest in oak barriques and tonneaux for up to thirty months. This long refinement allows obtaining intense and pleasant wines, with great character and complexity. Great natives like Refosco dal Peduncolo Rosso, Tazzelenghe, Merlot Reserve, as well as Pribus and Rebus blends find, in the Vigna Augusta selection, their best expression.

The production

At Tenuta Beltrame the grape harvest is made by hand, as in the past, with a first selection directly in the vineyard. Only the best grapes are used for the production of musts that will become wines. Among the ancient walls of the cellar, the musts are kept at a controlled temperature in large stainless steel barrels, where fermentation begins.
From here, some wines continue to refine directly in the bottle, while others are decanted into oak barriques where the slowest aging process of the reserves begins. The production, selected and checked at every stage, allows us to obtain structured wines, without preservatives or additives, with intense and refined flavours.

The grapes

Soil, climate and cultivation method give us grapes with excellent concentrations and an extraordinary balance of aromas.

Harvest

The harvest is done by hand, taking care to store the bunches in the crates without crushing them, in order to not compromise the quality.

Vinification

Soft pressing of the grapes, fermentation and cleaning of musts at controlled temperatures, and then storage in steel barrels or barriques.

We build barrique barrels by ourselves in order to obtain wines with intense and refined flavours: our reserves.
