I.G.T. delle Venezie

The grapes are lightly pressed, the must obtained is cleaned by gravity over one night and then starts the fermentation at a controlled temperature (18-20°C). Only some selected varieties are aged in used wooden barrels for almost 10 months. The wines for the final blend are picked 40 days before bottling.
Harvest: hand picking in small boxes

Picking Time: first and second week of September.

Colour: intense straw yellow.
Nose: intense, warm fragrant, buttery, bread crust.
Taste: Lightly citrusy, mango and banana. Sapid but rounded, delicate hints of vanilla and butter. Fruity.

Great white wine that can be easily paired with any first course fish or meat based. Ideal with fish pasta and sea salt-baked seabass. Grilled chicken with fresh vegetables. Perfect wedding with Vitello Tonnato. Goes well also with fresh cheeses.
